📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing graphics and motion graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to produce high-quality designs and animations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and incorporate them into your designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Present your work to the team and clients, providing clear explanations and receiving feedback.
• Ensure all designs and animations comply with brand guidelines and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and motion graphics projects.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends.
