As a Customer Service Specialist - Teller at Security Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will handle various transactions, from deposits and withdrawals to explaining financial products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone.
- Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, such as balance checks and transaction history.
- Explain and promote Security Bank's financial products and services.
- Process and verify client identification and account opening documents.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and maintain the teller station and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or banking, preferably in a teller role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with basic banking software, such as Core Banking System (CBS) or similar.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Valid ID and clean criminal record.
