📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage regional development programs, including infrastructure projects, economic initiatives, and community development activities.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities, to ensure the successful execution of development programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive economic growth and enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of development projects, ensuring they meet the set goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the Head of Regional Development and other stakeholders on the status and progress of development initiatives.
• Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the implementation of development projects.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in regional development, and apply this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of development programs.
• Represent the Pemerintah Provinsi Bangka Belitung at local and national events and conferences related to regional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in regional development, project management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian government policies and procedures related to regional development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering regional development projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
