📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate MEP drawings, schedules, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design.
• Review and approve MEP drawings and documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain MEP documentation, including as-built drawings and records.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to address technical issues and ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP drafting.
• Contribute to the development of company standards and procedures for MEP drafting.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafters and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting for high-rise building construction projects.
• Proven expertise in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
