📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement AOI and SPI inspection processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AOI and SPI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inspection processes and enhance production efficiency.
• Conduct process validation and verification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on AOI and SPI systems.
• Monitor and analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with industry partners like KohYoung, Vitrox, and Phoenix to implement their cutting-edge inspection technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of AOI and SPI systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AOI or SPI inspection systems.
• Proficient in using AOI and SPI software tools such as KLA-Tencor, KohYoung, Vitrox, and Phoenix systems.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Certification in AOI or SPI inspection systems is a plus.
• Experience with advanced inspection technologies and a passion for innovation in electronics manufacturing.
