You’ll leverage your expertise in HR software like BambooHR and SuccessFactors to streamline our HR processes, and your data-driven approach will help us make informed decisions about talent management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead the design and execution of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with leadership to create and enforce policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Utilize HR software like BambooHR and SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Conduct regular HR analytics and reporting to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our people strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Certifications in SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR software and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
