📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating with potential and existing customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling, email, and social media.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about customer service and sales.
