As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run efficiently and effectively.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities where necessary.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and priced competitively.,Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the store is a safe and pleasant place for customers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar store or industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
