📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of our products or services and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
