📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
