📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team in Kalideres
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and customer service agents
  • Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with regional managers to ensure that our products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and improve customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our team is always performing at its best
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that our team is well-informed and motivated

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service software and tools
  • Ability to travel and work in a remote environment
