📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and department heads.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
