📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and operate live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software such as OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted live broadcasts, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with our creative team to deliver engaging and high-quality live streaming content.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of live streams, ensuring optimal audio and video quality.
• Work with our clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored live streaming solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Provide technical support and training to our team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in live streaming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Live Stream Operator or similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer product industry.
• Strong technical skills in live streaming equipment and software, including OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Broadcast Technology, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• Certification in live streaming or broadcast technology is a plus.
