📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain operations.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
