📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners to expand our reach.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and appealing.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully growing social media following and engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual content creation.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools and software.
