📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales assistants to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback to the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.,Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
