📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Support the store manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and developing junior staff members.
• Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
