📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.,Collaborating with department heads and management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to the audit committee and management.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
