📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus,Experience in a similar role in a construction or related industry is a plus
