📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.
