Mandiri Furniture is looking for a talented Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role at Mandiri Furniture is a plus.
