📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute design strategies that align with the brand's vision and values
• Create eye-catching visuals for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns
• Design and develop packaging solutions for products, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and brand-aligned
• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather requirements and feedback
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to create high-quality designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
• Present design concepts and final designs to the marketing team and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role
• Proven experience in creating marketing collaterals and packaging designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work, including marketing collaterals and packaging designs
