🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role in the beauty industry.
• Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with retail analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
