📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
