📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage purchase requisitions using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and invoices.
• Verify and validate purchase requisitions for compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly procurement reports.
• Participate in procurement meetings and provide input on procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or accounting, preferably in a construction or marine environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in a tropical environment.
