📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation.,Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.,Strong understanding of software, hardware, or medical devices.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.,Familiarity with medical terminology and health care industry is a plus.
