📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implementing and monitoring sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Conducting regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the store.
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
