📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement public affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation and stakeholder relationships.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and public relations efforts.,Monitor and respond to media inquiries, maintaining a positive image of the company.,Organize and participate in community engagement activities to build goodwill.,Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and favorable business conditions.,Analyze public sentiment and market trends to inform strategic decisions.,Manage and mentor a team of public affairs professionals.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in public affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in developing and executing public affairs strategies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Strong understanding of the local and national business environment in Indonesia.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of public affairs professionals.,Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
