In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Conduct supplier evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.,Provide support and guidance to junior procurement staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
