📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve user experience.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital products.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contributing to the growth of our design team.
• Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
