Warung Krisna Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the clinic's front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Manage the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and patient registration.,Process insurance claims and handle billing and payment transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories.,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.,Promote the clinic's services and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
