🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
