🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a lead role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
