📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on engagement and brand awareness.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including videos, graphics, and captions, that aligns with our brand's voice and values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand and meets campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital content creation.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including building and engaging with our audience.
• Create compelling visuals and graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write engaging captions and copy that support our content and drive engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for driving engagement.
• Proficiency in using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
