As an Export Shipping Staff at Trimitra Baterai Prakasa, you will be responsible for managing the entire shipping process, from documentation to delivery. You will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure that all shipments are handled with care and precision. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export shipping process, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with international shipping regulations and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of shipping processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export shipping or a related role.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using shipping software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
