📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions to improve productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Participate in production meetings and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.,Proven ability to lead and supervise teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
